Additional linens can be obtained for a modest charge, yet we kindly request that no personal linens from outside the premises be brought into our facility. Patrons are permitted to bring a personal robe for use exclusively outside the confines of the bathing section. Once utilized, kindly place all used linens into the designated chute situated adjacent to the glass entrance of the bath area.

CRITICAL DETAILS:

A minimum of four hours' advance notice, conveyed exclusively by telephone, is mandatory for the cancellation of all scheduled services, as email cancellations are not accepted. Prior to telephoning to arrange your service, please ensure an online profile is established by selecting any "BOOK NOW" button found on our website, and that a valid credit card is securely maintained within your account. This measure reserves your allocated appointment time and is solely for securing the booking, not for processing payment, as direct payment to your service provider will be required. Should an appointment be missed or cancelled with less than a four-hour warning, the complete service fee will be assessed, given that our practitioners operate as independent contractors, receiving no hourly wage or salary from Lake Steam. Consequently, these subcontractors will receive the entire fee for any appointments that are either missed or cancelled on short notice. Should you anticipate a delay in arriving for your service, we request you inform us via phone; nevertheless, the obligation to remit payment for the entirety of the scheduled duration will remain yours.

THE ADMISSION COST IS NOT INCORPORATED IN THE CHARGE OF ANY SPA TREATMENT; nevertheless, if your visit is solely for a massage or reflexology session, and you do not intend to utilize the bath facilities, this charge will be waived. Gift cards retain their validity for a period of one year commencing from their acquisition date, while 8-pass punchcards become invalid six months after their purchase. In the event of loss or theft, punch cards cannot be replaced; therefore, we urge you to secure them diligently.

FOR BODY SCRUBS AND FOOT BATH DETOX TREATMENTS, THE SPA ENTRY FEE IS OBLIGATORY, GIVEN THAT THESE SERVICES ARE CONDUCTED WITHIN THE BATH AREA, THUS GRANTING YOU ACCESS TO OUR HEATED AMENITIES.  (We advise applying the lotion we provide before your departure, as Colorado's exceptionally arid climate might cause skin irritation for some individuals following the use of exfoliating gloves.)

Lake Steam disclaims any liability for articles or personal possessions that are either misplaced, forgotten within our lockers, or left unsupervised anywhere on our premises. Be aware that our water reaches a very high temperature. Therefore, kindly verify the water temperature before stepping into the showers. Every shower cubicle is equipped with an all-in-one body and hair shampoo, though you are certainly welcome to bring your preferred hair and skincare products. THE PRESENCE OF OILS, EPSOM SALTS THAT CONTAIN OILS, OR BODY LOTIONS IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED WITHIN THE BATH AREA. Only unadulterated Epsom salts are permitted, and exclusively within the sauna. GLASS CONTAINERS ARE EXPRESSLY FORBIDDEN IN BOTH THE BATH AREA AND THE LOCKER ROOM.
